first_img Sinn Fein councillor Sandra DuffyPOLICING and Community Safety Partnerships spend their time finding better ways to deliver good policing and community safety and this year, for the first time, their work is being recognised at the PCSP Community Safety Awards.PCSPs work with communities and other organisations to help ensure that the voices of local people are heard on policing and community safety issues. Their work delivering hundreds of outreach initiatives means that community safety is being improved and confidence in policing increased.PCSP Chair Councillor Sandra Duffy said it was fantastic for the work of the PCSP to be officially recognised. “We’re delighted to be recognised for the efforts we have made to deliver important projects and initiatives to help make our community safer.
